Try the Heritage Genealogical College for a vast array of genealogy courses at a variety of levels including certificate, associate and bachelor.

Pricing is per study-hour but there is also plenty of free information about genealogy on there too. Free handouts include those about genealogy research as well as repairing old photographs, scanning documents, etc.
