Apprenticeships with Jamie Oliver
Most people have heard of Jamie Oliver’s initiative to help train young chefs in his “Fifteen” restaurants.
If you are between 16 and 24 and unemployed, and would like to apply to become a “Fifteen” apprentice, then follow the link below to Jamie’s apprentice recruitment page.
You don’t need any qualifications or to have worked in a restaurant or bar before. Above all they are looking for young people with passion. You must be able to convince them that you’ve got the drive and hunger to see through a very demanding programme that will really stretch you.
